I'd like to thank the Fairfax City Area M.E. Flow, Inc Team for their exceptional customer service. We needed a new air conditioning system to replace our 17 year-old Carrier a/c system. So glad we called them! We contacted M.E. early in the morning and they came mid-afternoon to work on our water leak. They provide a text message with the plumbers name and photo before they arrive. They worked diligently to diagnose our problem and offered a few pricing options. Great job and thank you!
