This place is the bomb. The studio is absolutely beautiful, the staff up front are always gracious and helpful, and the Small Group Personal Training classes are soooo good and well organized. I am a physical therapist and movement teacher and I ALWAYS learn some new tricks from hanging with these talented trainers. Thanks ME Fitness Studios.
A wide variety of classes, and tons of equipment to choose from. They have something for everybody here, and the equipment is always clean and in good working order. I highly recommend this gym!
ME Fitness Studios is a beautiful facility! They graciously opened their doors to host our fitness workshop, even on one of the coldest and iciest days in Portland, their doors stayed opened. I found it clean, comfortable, and with amenities that serve a variety of fitness and health conscious enthusiasts. The staff and management were amicable, professional, and generous. I look forward to returning!
The facility is always clean & the front desk people are always there with a smile. Trainers are awesome-namely Chris as he is my personal trainer. Classes are not overfilled and wide variety of them at that. From yoga to high intensity interval training you can't go wrong here.
