welcome me and instead just said that I needed to be on time and had to warm up on the treadmill first. The class was lifting light weights and I used that exercise as my warm up. After class he said again that I had to be on time and that warming up isn’t a suggestion. I told him that I had to wait for a babysitter and couldn’t just leave my house. RecommendedBeing able to use a personal trainer without joining the gym. The facility is clean, well maintained equipment, variety, and great staff.
I never have a problem with availability of weights, machines, floor space, etc. Love the staff and the location is a 2-block walk. Btw, it's a ghost town at 4am...perfect 😜
Great facility. Plenty of room and all the equipment you need. Helpful, friendly staff and pleasant encounters with fellow gym-goers. I'll definitely be back!
