I am very unsatisfied with my experience. I waited three days after my purchase on April 17th for the item to move. On the 20th, I checked the tracking and saw only a label was created with no carrier pickup (usually confirmed by the lack of a delivery estimate). I requested a cancellation before it was dropped off, but they pushed the shipment through ANYWAY. I got an email saying I have to cover the return costs myself if I want to return.
