Derek Sonnichsen. I had him when he was at Atherson Nicholson. Don’t…. Just don’t use this guy. This guy is so inexperienced he literally handed over what my ex wanted. Had him in 2021-22 and I know know through other lawyers that this guy screwed me over. Please. Be aware.
Took advantage of our situation. Kim agreed to help and we spent a lot of time filling out forms. She had a consultation with my daughter and sent a summary which was useless. After, they refused to help us and said to go away? I am still confused? All we did wrong was to pay them way too much money.. another lawyer told me that they could not separate a KitKat for less than 30k.
