Although the medical review I was required to get for my Disability Determination was Very Good, the administrative staff at their home office in Ogden, Utah are incompetent. I went in for the required X-Rays at the specified date and location on April 5th. The radiologist x-rayed the affected area. But what the MDSI Physician required, was an x-ray of the unaffected area to compare previously taken x-rays to. This was not done. MDSI has been my home over 20 years! Unlike most companies, the owners are very supportive, friendly, and take care of all of their employees.
The review posted six months ago is a fake review. E. Chavez has never been general manager. A company that has someone post fake reviews, speaks volumes.
Very professional staff.
