Best Service and Prices I am not a laser virgin anymore. The nurse who treated me is the best, I think her name was Kristi? She was very nice and gentle and explained everything to me. I have great results so far. The prices at MDS can't be beaten. It a nice and clean place. I highly recommend it!

Great Experience. Very professonal. – I went to MDS Spa for the first time (For laser hair removal) and I was really surprised. I was greeted by Shirley the RN, a very sweet, polite and professional nurse. She explained me the whole progress and answered all my questions. Unprofessional, uses weak settings – I bought a hair removal deal from Groupon. On my first visit they made me sign a paper that only Groupon users have to sign saying that Groupon users understand that it may take 8-10 sessions to see results. I find it fishy that people who pay full price do not have to sign that form. I understand that the number of sessions depends on your skin and hair color, and is indivudual. GROUPON BUYERS BEWARE - WASTE OF MONEY – I started coming to this place because I had two Groupons, and I spent hundreds of dollars on those laser hair removal treatments. Everyone seemed nice and friendly at first, but after six months of treatment, I started to notice that all the hair grew back! It looks like I didn't have a single treatment! The accusation of us lowering setting to Groupon clients is absolutely NOT true. We evaluate the skin and treat accordingly. Lowering settings does not get a patient to continue coming, its exactly the opposite. Good service, clean facility and good results is what gets a patient to come back.

Medical spa – Hello… I went to this spa and was really surprised at how cozy the place is. Usually I go to a different spa but that one is pretty far from where I live. I really enjoyed visiting at MDS, I received great service at an even better price than I’m used to!
