I cannot say enough about the high quality work and great customer service that MDM Custom Remodeling, Inc. delivers. We have used Mike and his company on three different jobs in two different locations (bathroom addition in San Marino, kitchen remodel in Monrovia, and two bathroom remodels in Monrovia). Very thrilled with the work that Mike and the MDM crew did!!! We needed a job done well and fast, not only did they finish the job in the amount of time agreed upon, but the work came out much better then i ever would have anticipated. We hired Mike and MDM to do a partial remodel on our new house. Mike was terrific throughout the process and stands by his work. The thing my wife liked the most was the thorough, consistent communications throughout the 12 week process. We always new where the project stood. The thing that I liked the most was that when unexpected problems came up, I was not charged extra. Very happy with Mike's work. Will use him again.
Mike came to my home to evaluate some extensive damage caused by a tree root growing under the home's foundation as well as for our new construction placing a second story on the house. I was extremely impressed with his knowledge, approach to construction and disclosures regarding time and cost. Would definitely use him again and recommend him.
MDM / Mike are in the middle of a three-phase remodel / addition. Great work. Reliable. Great communication and updates. Trustworthy. So far . . . very pleased! A great find.
