My Solicitor put forward three valuers and I selected MDA. They where engaged via email from the solicitor. After 4 weeks of no response I contacted they solicitor and they said call MDA. I did, I spoke with John Sheather and he said that usually the solicitor calls them as well as email. They had not done anything in regards to the valuation.
