Dr. Chan has been my doctor for over 30 years. He is an amazing, knowledgeable, and caring physician. However, this one star is directed at the new receptionist, whose conduct was completely unprofessional and unfair. My daughter had a 3:00 PM appointment, and we arrived 15 minutes early. I can understand the whole review community for this clinic , all you patient thinks this clinic your bookkeeper , that’s not how the world moves , had a woman requesting meds over phone , staff refuse!! Patient needs to calm down and come down for assessment. Phone was answered , walked in waited! Front staff was cool! Clinic isn’t bad at all as these people say below. The receptionist changed and is now very good and polite and tries to make others feel comfortable but the doctor old Asian one has no knowledge of anything. He’s worst then the doctor at Rexcelle he does not know what he’s doing he barely knows where to send you for the issues you have and gets mad and disrespectful whenever you question him on the reply’s he gives you. I had a wonderful experience at MDA Clinic The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming from the moment I walked in. The clinic itself is clean, modern, and very well-organized. My appointment was on time, and the doctor took the time to listen to all of my concerns. They explained everything clearly and made sure I felt comfortable throughout the entire process.
