We live in the tri cities and every urologist here in the tri cities told me 2.5 to 3 months and the issues I was having with my kidney stones were normal. I called here and they told me they would be able to see me the next afternoon and we went. They did X-rays and ultrasound on me and scheduled my surgery for the next day my kidney was swollen because my stone was stuck they did an amazing job now on the road to recovery. I never leave reviews. But I was just there this morning on my way to work. I had a paper to drop off for my dad, he has cancer and has been receiving chemo. He emergently needs a tooth extracted and needs documentation saying it’s okay. The lady at the front desk is the meanest rudest person I’ve ever met. She wouldn’t let me speak or tell her why I was there. She was raising her voice and trying to make me sign in just to hand someone or anyone this paper. I literally had to ask her to calm down. Nice clean looking waiting room. Staff friendly and efficient.
Dr. Leroy was wonderful, great bedside manner. Also, his staff were very sweet and made me feel very comfortable. I will recommend him to my friends! He’s a keeper !
