Nice clean looking waiting room. Staff friendly and efficient.
Dr. Leroy was wonderful, great bedside manner. Also, his staff were very sweet and made me feel very comfortable. I will recommend him to my friends! He’s a keeper !
Told the day of appointment I had to pay $926 for not meeting deductible or I had to reschedule. Then billing said if I would have called them they would accept $200 payments. So either the surgery admin or the billing department lied. Also, they mentioned that they lost $2 million and that was also why I had to pay almost completely out of pocket.
When we first found this office we were elated to be seen so quickly I now realize there is reason for that. The office staff is grossly unprofessional, from the inappropriate conversations that can be heard from the lobby while waiting to how the office staff speak to the customer/patients. I don’t even care that the lobby is a little messy, old tissues etc. That doesn’t bother me.
