BEWARE! This office uses Phreesia to manage patient info. When doing your onboarding paperwork, there's a sneaky agreement in with the usual privacy agreements that, if you just agree without reading it like most people do, allows Phreesia to use your private health information for marketing! In addition, I was prescribed a medication with no instructions on taking it beyond how many per day. I have nothing against this office or my physician. My issue is with the billing department, which is inexcusable. From what I can gather, billing is handled off site. Simply put, you will never get in touch with anyone. My insurance company and I both contacted billing over the course of 5 months. The best you can hope for is to get placed high in the queue. Terrible billing department. Tries to bill multiple times for the same service. Will not bill VA, I do not recommend this service as a retired US Army Veteran.

We live in the tri cities and every urologist here in the tri cities told me 2.5 to 3 months and the issues I was having with my kidney stones were normal. I called here and they told me they would be able to see me the next afternoon and we went. They did X-rays and ultrasound on me and scheduled my surgery for the next day my kidney was swollen because my stone was stuck they did an amazing job now on the road to recovery.
