Absolute scam artist. Reading other people’s comments, and they have the same issue. They take your insurance as a “valid insurance company” but not that you’re under network. So you pay the copay and they’ll send you a bill for the full amount months later. Frauds and scammers. Go to literally any other walk in clinic. Karen was the front desk lady I spoke to and she was as rude as they get. Extremely short tempered, and unkind. Not sure how this practice is still open when they run scams like this. Took my wife there possible UTI. The Dr confirmed UTI. Gave a prescription foe Doxacycline. My wife had a bad reaction to antibiotic. When I called to report Adverse reaction I was told doc would call back. Hasn't happened.
Walked in at 0805...said opened at 8...only one person walking around back saying receptionist would be in soon...after 20 minutes I left. No one ever showed to check in the several people waiting. Patients complaining loudly to the one guy in the back who seemed to not give a damn. I wont be going back...went to the clinic on Congress and atlantic and walked right in.
