This is probably the most unfriendly urgent care I’ve ever been to. I have an appointment this week with the neurologist that rents space at this clinic and when I arrived, the front desk employee gave me an attitude with the most unwelcoming front desk experience I’ve ever had I get that it was almost closing time, but if the physician that shares office space has a late appointment, you should treat every single patient that walks into your facility. Being welcomed by Janice at the front desk immediately puts you at ease. Very sweet & congenial. The medical technician ( sorry didnt get her name) was fast & precise on intake. Alan,PA, was wonderful, thorough & reassuring. Coming from out of town and my husband had developed a bad cough, we were glad we chose this facilty. We were done within a 1/2 hour to pick up meds. Highly recommend this facilty.
I came here based off reviews and on the way home to West Palm Beach from Fort Lauderdale if that tells you anything! I don’t just go anywhere especially when it comes to my health so I choose this urgent care out of at least 100 other places. It did not disappoint! From check in with Janice, to the amazing treatment from Lisa B, to laughing and crying with Dr. Mansour (he definitely won’t forget me lol) & checkout with Gaby. 5 STARS!!
Physician was quickly available. Check in was friendly and efficient. Diagnosis process was thorough. I will return if ever again needed
This urgent care is quite literally the best one I’ve visited in my life. It’s so clean and the receptionist, the medical assistant and the doctor were all SO kind and attentive. The MA made me feel so comfortable and the doctor took time to explain everything to me. 10/10 recommend!!
