Very pleasant, professional, efficient and clean. I had gotten 2 other estimates as well as conflicting recommendations for approach/solution. I decided to go with MD Plumbing based on the number of positive reviews and their years in business. Slava and Nick installed two bidet toilets in the master bathroom (water closet) and the guest bathroom. Matthew is fantastic! He communicated to me everything recommended to make my situation right and gave me a reasonable quote. He kept me informed of progress as he performed the work. He had everything he needed on his truck, and he completed the job in a very reasonable time. I love that he cleaned as he went along! My husband and I contacted M.D. plumbing because of a leaking bathtub faucet. The person who took our call was extremely courteous and professional, making is feel like we mattered. Matthew, the gentleman who did the repairs, was top-notch, going above and beyond to make sure we were completely satisfied with the result; it was obvious he takes great pride in the company he works for!
