Absolutely terrible! The visit took 2 hours when it should have taken 20 minutes. There were almost no other patients there but the doctor was chatting on the phone right outside the room we were waiting in for ages. When he came into the room he claimed the delay was because it was so busy. We're not deaf!!!! He then went on to discussing real estate properties with another patient for 20 minutes rather than take the 30 seconds it would have taken to finish up our visit. Don't go there! !!
Andrea was extremely rude & unprofessional. This is the 2nd time we've had a horrible experience with her. From now on we'll definitely take our money where it's good enough. I sat there with a fever & pneumonia while waiting for my father to get a sitter & drive over 10 miles in pouring rain because she was refusing a perfectly good check they've repeatedly taken before & threatening to call cops if I left. Friendly people, the doctor was thorough with the examination and made me feel comfortable considering it was my first time going into an appointment alone. He went above and beyond by checking my heart, lungs, and even pulse. He checked if I was in pain or tender anywhere else to make sure he got the diagnosis right. I highly reccomened this place. They were crowded but I got in fairly quick considering. Wonderful staff
The one on Okeechobee has the rudest staff. I walk in and not one single person greets me so I can ask them a question. The nurses never smile and ALWAYS have attitudes. YOU NEED TO RETHINK YOUR STAFF. Smile for once. I personally work in healthcare and never treat me patients' as such.
The staff there were very professional and helpful. The Dr. Was informative knowledgeable and friendly. I recommend there service to everyone
