worst service ever. Uninformative, can hear doctors in the hallways saying they have bad eyes, can someone else look at these xrays? Completely ignorant doctors.

Needed care for an injury, that became infected. My doctors are tele-appointment only, because of COVID-19. I walked into MD Now, paperwork completed, was very professionally escorted to the nurse for vitals and assessment, then to the doctor, who prescribed x-rays and a course of medications for the infection. So grateful to be seen and taken care of outside of an ER and in such a timely and courteous manner. Caring doctor and staff. Thank you.

my visit at MD now was amazing!!
I am always so impressed by this urgent care. I have gone there several times and have always experienced kindness, courtesy, professionalism, and just overall a wonderful experience. The folks that work there both the doctors, assistants and clerical team are just beyond wonderful.
Doctor's and staff need to care about the patient, not money. I was prescribed a drug known for adding nausea and vomiting to a patient's symptoms, and when I called to double check, I was told to spend more money out of my own pocket to buy probiotics. I jokingly asked if the next office visit, due to the nausea and vomiting I would no doubt incur, would be free, and I was met with "that's a management issue and I am not management." Do not go here.
I fully expected a long wait but was pleasantly surprised with how quickly I was seen. The staff/ doctors were knowledgeable and thorough with their exam. I would definitely recommend them.
