Terrible attention from the staff. Waited in the exam room for over 1 hour and no one came to see me. I always go to MD now and always get helped right away, but this location and its staff are the worst. Dr. Rami Mansour is lazy and is not a good multitasker. Never came in to see me in the exam room. When I first walked into the main lobby there was only two other patients waiting to be seen. When I demanded a refund there was no one in the main lobby. Worst MD Now ever!

The medical assistant Irene was awesome! She got me in and out with out! She is an asset to the MD Now on Lantana road and Military Trail!
