had to go there for pre-employment fingerprinting...had an 11am appointment and didn't get called in until 11:50! all these people who came in after me were being called first..I wasn't sick..just needed to be fingerprinted! One lady at the desk was nice the other not so much..don't understand how I had to go to a medical facility but oh well...wouldn't go back there however if I was sick.
Such a nice staff! Yesterday the receptionist was so patient with me and gathering all of my informantion, I didn't have much of a wait. Everyone was very attentive and today I'm almost as good as new. A big thanks to Christina Myers, I wish I had everyone's names but unfortunately I can't remember. Highly recommend!
Not my favorite, but whatever. Let's see if they can finish sending the other half of my prescriptions they forgot. I bet they end up sending me a bill in a few weeks even tho I have full coverage. It's just that place. I accept it.
The ladies at the front desk are just plain mean. I'm sitting here and every person was going ahead of me and I asked and in a rude way she states, "they didn't skip you" however they did. Meanwhile I'm still in the waiting room waiting to go in. I'm about to get a refund and leave. I haven't even seen the doctor yet and already want to go. Finally saw the doctor for about 10 seconds and that was it. No bedside manner. Did not talk about when my cold started. Just kinda rushed out. The staff was very fast to assist me. They were polite and professional. The Techs assisted in X-rays to wrapping the ankle were very gentle. The DR was in the room immediately. I had very little wait time. Thank you.
I was in and out quick, saw what the issue was and now I'm taking meds for sinusitis
Staff was very helpful just I was there 2 hours and I was in so much pain.
These guys really sucked. I had a 90 year old woman working on me, You couldn't pay me to go see her again! But I'm paying you for shitty care? No Thanks, why don't you get somebody that doesn't need a walker to work me.
This place is a joke. Here I am in pain, they don't even check me & guessing what the problem is. Sent me for a MRI of my head & said it was supposed to had been for my neck. I was like no, u said head. Now nothing was found wrong with my head, they trying to say it might be sinus. I never had migrains, or headaches on a daily basis until after the accident. & my back & neck is getting worse.She said she's gonna schedule me for more physical therapy...
