RecommendedThe wait time was not bad at all. I was in and out quickly. However I was told my prescription would be called in. After sitting at the pharmacy for 30 minutes I called to see why the prescription had not been called in yet. It was explained to me they had my prescription there. It couldn't be called in. They didn't bother to pick up the phone and call me. Very unprofessional.
Very unprofessional, the wait was as expected. About an hour and half. There were a lot of people to be seen. The nurse was nice and professional. Although when the doctor came in she barley looked at me, asked me a few questions. And then said, “well it could be the flu but we don’t have any flu test. So I’ll send a zpack to the pharmacist for you to pick up. And that there’s a lot going around right now and it’s hard to pin point exactly what’s going on. Did not like it.
Very very very slow. When someone is sick they want to be taken care of and I sit in the waiting room for an hour to 2 hours everytime I come here .
So far...we are going on our 2nd hour of waiting g in the room to be seen by a doctor. What makes it so bad..... we can hear them talking and just gossiping right outside the door at the desk. I am not a happy Mom right now!!!
