My experience with the Doctor was awesome But the front reception when I got there she was on her computer like trying not to helped me check in and then I try to go to another one and when she saw me walking to the other lady she asked me if I wanted to check in that’s so Rude and disrespectful. They are supposed to be friendly and give good customer service that’s not hard to do I was so disappointed the way that they tried to avoid me and my son
We will be finding a new pediatrician. Went to this practice over 10 years back when it was a part of Children's health. It's progressively gotten worse. The turn over rate for the doctors and nurses is crazy. The good ones never last long and the bad one last too long. Getting a call back or a prescription refill takes forever. My advice is find a better provider than this office.
