I had my first experience with telemedicine appointment scheduling through the call center for MD West Plano with the CSR Ray and he scheduled our appointment for 12:45 on a Saturday. I am home with a sick child and did not catch that the office closes at 12p since this is not a day we have been before. I received a message saying the appointment was cancelled and call and spoke to the same CSR and was ensured that it was a scheduled appointment and that we would be seen at our appointment time.
