This office has gone downhill ever since it transitioned from Children’s to MD Kids. Years ago. They rarely have documentation of my child’s ongoing care, and communication is disorganized at best. The wait time is ridiculous even after being called to the back. What’s worse is the complete lack of support. I’ve waited over two months just to get orders signed, and when I finally express frustration, I'm met with remarks as if I have no right to be upset. Waited to long had to leave before we seen the Dr we waited a 45 to 50 minutes
Llegué en búsqueda de un pediatra para mis niñas porq los anteriores no han sido buenos . Aquí fueron atendidas por la doctora Vivían y quedamos muy contentos. Es amable y nos explicó todo con detalle . Desde la recepción hasta las enfermeras fueron muy amables y pacientes con nosotros .
MD pediatrics did a wonderful job of finding the root cause of my daughter’s issue. The staff were so polite and easy going and the physician paid attention to every detail my child had that hurt. Thank you MD kids
