Waited an hour for my doctor to join the chat and never did.. I had to cancel my appointment and would like a full refund.
Very poor experience with Dr. Young . I was charged $50 and did not even receive a fair virtual experience. The online session got disconnected and therefore, she called me instead. She refused to allow me to submit an updated picture for proper assessment claiming it would take too long for admin to get it to her. This was something that I could have easily uploaded online through our virtual session but because we were disconnected I was unable to do so.
