Professional installation, beautiful product, And it was on sale! Everyone was very nice and professional. Thinking about 1 more room I am sure it will be from McSwain.
RecommendedLee Jones was great. The Beechmont store has a great selection.
In our living room, the seam was so noticeable, I had them come back to fix it. It still looks horrible. 3 bedrooms had to be replaced because the carpet had a default in it. They came back with the new carpet but the master bedroom was cut incorrect. Had to reschedule again. We have had more problems with this company. We do NOT recommend McSwain carpet. I wrote a letter to Mr. McSwain to make him aware of our issues. he NEVER contacted me. Wow, never expected this type of service.
Bad experience at the Centerville store on Saturday. Staff acted like they did not want to help us look for carpet. Bought a lot from McSwain ovet the years. Customer service is not good right now. You will lose customers this way.
Love my new carpet and the gentlemen that laid it did an outstanding job.
They installed my floors during our build. We recently had dishwasher leak two weeks ago. They came out and did estimate but have yet to give us quote. Multiple calls and promises to call me back and they can’t. Beyond frustrating! Poor customer service.
This company has decent prices but customer service is an absolute joke! You pay half up front (pretty normal) but there is no follow up with customers. When I followed up with them 4 days after I was suppose to be contacted they told me my carpet had been in for Almost a week and no one contacted us and they couldn’t install for two more weeks after we already waited a month for the carpet to even come in. Clearly once you pay them half they could care less about your needs as a customer!
