We had a fantastic experience with TROY BROWN at mc Swain carpet in western hills. He was extremely knowledgeable and professional! He took the time to tell us about carpet and padding and we even got to take samples home! We are so pleased we went with mcswain. We absolutely love our new carpet! We were very hopeful when signing up with McSwain to redo our floors and extend the wood into our dining area. The lack of communication and follow-through is embarrassing for a company their size. I get that they contract out their workers, but they should be able to tell us why one team did not finish a job properly and when the next group would come out to finish it. This was 100x more of a pain in our lives than it needed to be.
Rick gave us great service, helping us with selecting carpet and kitchen flooring. He came to our home to measure and gave us a quote in one day. We ordered the next day and had everything installed in two to three weeks. The installers also did a great job. My wife is very happy. Kevin and Debbie Blake
