Good neighbor and a good citizen.
I do not recommend anybody rents from Mark. I had a huge rat living in my fridge to which they at first responded that “this is not their responsibility” when everytime he came to my apartment he mentioned how nice and clean it was. He did very minimal to come fix this problem, only after I got upset. Fast forward a month I come home from vacation and walk not even 5 steps to a dead mouse laying in the middle of my living room.
