Dr. Nancy and Dr. Coleman were very considerate and efficient!
I had to wait an hour and a half past my appointment before they actually started any procedure. That was very disappointing however, the staff was very friendly and nice and seemed very professional. The weight was just unacceptable.
From the moment I walked in, I was met by Sylvia. He introduction to the practice was warm and inviting. Stephanie was so kind from the moment she called me back and complete my hygiene appointment. She ensured I was in informed during my cleaning. Dr. Hardy was professional and her exam was thorough! I have a 10 year background in dentistry and I felt very confident walking out my appointment today. Thank you so much!
ZERO STARS IF I COULD. As vulnerable as it is to admit, I have not had dental care in years. I finally found myself in a financial position that I could afford to go back to the dentist, I set my appointment MONTHS in advance, worked it into my full-time work schedule, scheduled proper childcare for my family, and have been preparing for my visit for MONTHS.
