Rutledge Hall was one of my favorite apartments I've lived in while living in PA. McQuarters Realty upkeeps and takes really good care of it. Maintenance was quick even with small things like a broken blind. The building is smaller but I had parking, laundry, and super quick maintenance. Sad to say I will miss this apartment and thank you to McQuarters Realty for being such an understanding and compassionate realty company. Rutledge Hall is a great property of theirs.

Stayed in the guest suite while visiting family. Clean, comfortable, would stay again.
I just moved from Pittsburgh from Ohio a few months ago and struggled to find a place. I reached out to the leasing team and ended up choosing Essex House this summer. I love the big balcony, and think the amenities make this building. I’m obsessed with the pool and it’s awesome there’s a doorman for packages as well as a security guard. Great experience so far and maintenance has been quick and speedy.
