Great staff!
Great experience with this company. I sold my house and downsized and moved into the Essex House. They were extremely helpful with the whole process.
I love the maintenance staff and the doormen here. However, the office management? Absolutely not. Even from the very beginning, I had a hard time contacting the office—it took over a week and about 20 phone calls just to get information about available units. After securing my apartment, I lived here happily for 4 years, initially thinking they were just busy because the building was popular.
