Velma Court Apartments--What a Dump Been here a couple of years. There are three buildings in the complex, A, B and the one I am in C (stands for CRAP) up on a large hillside. In the short time I have been here, I have had my rent heftily increased --both years. The landscaping is overgrown (interestingly, the A and B building located on the avenue down below (in public view) have nicely manicured lawns with flower beds), the paint is peeling off of the broken and cracked doors, there are dead rodents, trash and other garbag... read more
Do not rent any of their property unless you prefer to clean up toilet water leaking from ceiling at 3 am with neither prompt help nor compensation from the building. Extremely unhelpful manager who claims “flooding as such happens all the time, they handle multiple properties”. So be aware for all properties under them.
