Ever since they changed from MPCN to STRIDE, they have been horrible. I live in South Denver now, I used to live in Lakewood and they said I had to go through paperwork again and all this stuff just to go to a clinic closer to my home. So I made an appointment at the one in Lakewood, which is like an hour drive and they said my medicade expired. Why couldn't they tell me that when I made the appointment over the phone!? The only way I would recommend this clinic (Lakewood) is if Hilary was the only doctor there. I had to go to the ER on 5/14 due to a fall injuring my left ankle. I was told to followup with my PCP in 7-10 days. I called the main hub (no direct line to the clinic) and the soonest they could get me in was 5/28 and I couldn't get in with Hilary, my normal doctor, so they put me with Dr. Campbell. Erin Fischer, please learn from your poor clients, erin is very selfish, childish, rude, greedy, and disgusting clinition, only care of her paycheck, she treats her clients as a dirt, doesn't care of her client' illness that's abuse, would avoid this place at all costs. Clinition is in needs training, she is ethically wrong. The worst experience! Mcpn for low income, nor for rich people. The entire staff were fantastic. I felt that my needs were met and more. The staff were friendly, helpful and my PA took the time to listen, provide help and encouragement. I couldn't ask for more....
