My experience here was terrible. I was seen in the ER with the flu in 2017 and didn’t receive the bill until almost a whole year later. The billing department is the absolute worst. They want a ridiculous amount paid monthly and are bullying and threatening me stating that my account will soon go to collections even though I’m paying monthly (it’s just not as much as they want.) my ER experience was terrible as well. RecommendedI had surgery about 1 1/2 weeks ago. Staff was fantastic. Caring and attentive - from surgery to floor staff. Thank you. It makes a big difference. Dr. Fetch is the best and McPherson is blessed to have him! Thanks!

Their billing department is terrible. Told us they would setup a consolidated account number in October and begin to send monthly statements within a month. I began received a phone call for a payment and found that they had not consolidated accounts or sent us statements. I would rather go to Hutch or Salina than have to deal with the clinic or the hospital in McPherson.
