He gave my puppy 2 doses of her shots and made her super sick. The best they said they could do was a refund for her shots. Also they just told my mother in law to go elsewhere after going there faithfully for 10 years because they wouldnt refund her prescription om dog food.

been with clinic for 10 years. our 7 year old bully is on special dog food. receptionist called last week rg food told her he's not on it no longer to cancel it she said she would. ended up next day being charged 85 and food delivered next day. called to discuss matter. mcpheron daughter Sam told me nothing can be done to call chewy to deal with it. then proceeded to call me back and say we are no longer allowed to be their client after 10 years and to go else where. not very unprofessional.

RecommendedMy family has been seeing Dr. Mcpheron for 13 years, and I wouldn’t want my pets going anywhere besides Mcpheron Animal Clinic. We don’t trust any other veterinarian, he shows he cares for pets and is very good at his job. Highly recommend Dr. Mcpheron he’s the best!
Our family loves Mcpheron. We have been to a few other places and found that we love this place the best. 3 dogs 2 cats and now 2 ducks. The great thing about this place is there is still money to feed the animals after their health is cared for.

Love Dr. McPheron and his staff. They all take the time to talk with you, answer any of your questions, and are decent kind loving human beings. I’ve taken my dogs, rescues, and even dogs I’ve fostered. They are the best!
