They are great with my cat, even though he can be a cranky kitty. And very reasonably priced.
I think I have less luck, like as you :-(. They are terminating treating my pup because they consider her an aggressive breed. And she's only a german shepherd. They said they would only treat her if she's sedated...She was always muzzled, plus two people. My dog growls, but has never been an accident there to bite someone in the clinic. This is the best animal clinic in Crown Point. We've taken our dogs to a couple different vets and Dr. Mcpheron is by far the best.
You can tell that he loves all the animals, even the feistiest 17.5 year old cats. Today they all found out that my Shadow is not a weak, wimpy. lily-levered 17.5 year old cat or at least was reminded of such. He took care of my Rosie until she passed and does a wonderful job with my chihuahua.
