When I called to arrange the car service, I specifically requested a car seat for our 1 year old baby and was told that they have car seats available and this would be no problem. Thr driver arrived with a booster seat and he informed us that car seats are not available. Not only is this illegal, but it put our baby at risk. We had no choice but to accept the ride because we had a flight to catch, but we were very disappointed that we did not receive the carseat that was promised to us.
