McNeeley is prompt and Brad clearly loves his job! He is thorough and takes the time to find the issue and fix it. He is always happy to come out whenever he is needed. So happy we have been doing quarterly control for two years.

They currently treat my apartment complex and for the last two months I've been complaining to my property manager about roaches. Mckneely had been treating my apartment by spraying a liquid in just the kitchen cabinets and not treating any other rooms. The manager said that they were switching to someone else. They weren't even aware that they were doing this. They were also getting complaints from other tenants. Billy, our specialist, does an excellent job of keeping spiders away! He is mindful of our pets and children and always asks me what areas I want sprayed. Billy is an honest person, he even found my credit card in the driveway and returned it to me! I'm so glad we found a pest control company we can trust!
What to send a shout out to Josh, Travis, Mike and Melvin. They were an awesome team who came out to encapsulate our crawl space.They had to navigate a hard to reach entry door (under deck) and had to work in a very low/tight crawl space for six days. They were so wonderful to work with, polite and had patience with all my questions and items on my list. These gentlemen should be commended by McNeely Pest Control as professional and going above and beyond!
Lou Johnson came out and treated our yard. Professional and thorough in his treatment. Pricing was fair and like that it's monthly. A small thing but I liked that he called to ask if he could come a little earlier, very courteous. Would use again and recommend.
We recently had a groundhog issue in our backyard and McNeely was able to come out and take care of this for us. Mark was so nice and easy to work with. One of the groundhogs decided to try to come back after they had taken the traps away and they even came back since it was within the 30 day window. Thanks Mark and McNeely!
