Worst place to rent from, don’t do it! They always seem clueless about what is going on and will take forever to reply to you about any maintenance issues, usually leaving the tenant to deal with the issue themselves. We pay to have two parking spots and have been parking in the grass the past couple months because they won’t tow a car that is abandoned in our lot.
Very disappointed with McNaughton's business practices and ethics. As others have noted as well, their staff was unhelpful, often ignoring phone calls for several weeks with no return. Staff seemed clueless at times, on multiple occasions sent angry notices claiming rent was late, despite being paid on time, and the online record system very clearing showing nothing was due.
