Mandi Suggs is the embodiment of all the reasons why one ought to work with a realtor! We had a relatively tight time frame and were moving from another state. She did all the legwork in hunting down several properties that would work for us and would even go visit houses for us in advance of our trips to make sure that we only saw houses that met our criteria. I’ve never been done so dirty in a business deal than I was done by Mandi Suggs. This has to be one of the biggest con artist realtors I have ever had the displeasure doing a transaction with, she makes a deal verbally so she can get the price she wants, then makes the deal and you think everything is done but then she won’t sign it until she has worked every other potential buyer, and then works other offers stating that she has a cash offer higher about to close, then she sets false deadlines in order to get the highest am... read more

Our experience with renting from McNaughton was very poor. Staff was very unresponsive and uninformed of simple common questions. Not only did we have trouble getting items fixed, (dishwasher maintenance was called and did not come for over one month), but our check out fees were sky high! Although the rental house was left in extreme clean condition (minus paint touch ups), we were charged $300+ for a cleaning service to come in and “re- clean”.
