I recently took my Audi Q7 for an oil change at MCKnaught Winnipeg at 7:45 AM, expecting a prompt service within two to three hours. Unfortunately, my experience left much to be desired. Service and Communication Issues: After waiting well past the promised time, I never received a call from the service advisor. We were pleased with the service we received when purchasing our used vehicle. Part of the sale was fixing the broken sunglasses holder which was not a problem to add to the sale. When the new part came in I tried on multiple occasions to book an appointment and was unable to book an actual time and date. I live an hour out of the city so I was hoping to wait for the vehicle while the part was replaced.
