The dealership was supposed to install a new subwoofer (that I purchased when I got my new truck). I decided to get the sub installed on my first oil change. I called a week prior to the servicing to ensure they had my sub in stock- and they did. The day before the scheduled oil change and sub install, I was told that they sold the sub to someone else. Now I need to book a second day long service call to get the sub installed in a few weeks. Little frustrating- wish they can get their inventory and logistics in order.
Service was extremely disappointing
I booked a 1:00 appointment for oil change, then received 2 reminders from them, text and email. 40 minute drive from home, Arrived 15 minutes early only to be told they were about 1.5 hours behind. Why did they not send me text and/or email to inform? I asked if I could leave and come back and that arrangement was made 👍, I came back at 2:15, was told my truck would go in right away, it went on the hoist at 3:30 and was completed at 3:50. 4 hours for a 20 minute job with an appointment.
