If I could give zero stars I would! Told them that we were coming from 2 hours away to have the truck we just bought from them looked at. When my wife went to drop it off they didnt call enterprise to reserve her a rental. (Was told its common for them to not reserve them). We dropped the truck off Thursday for a friday appointment. Called 3 times on friday and left a message and never got an answer if the truck was done. The crew at McNaught is hands down the best you can deal with. Don’t even waste your time going anywhere else. From Zarney and Joe in sales, to Chris in financing and Kinga who set up everything perfectly for me in the truck, the best of the best to do it. I will be back again!
Really frustrating experience with this dealership. I called ahead to ask if they had vehicles within my monthly budget, and I was told they had plenty of options. I gave them all my details and asked the salesperson to have a few vehicles ready for me to view when I arrived. When I got there, nobody knew who I was or what I was looking for.
