I have been going to the adult center since 2003. I have always received top notch care. The staff in the back is always 100% committed to helping me live my life to the fullest even though I struggle with a mental diagnosis. I have seen several different people over the years and I can say every one was thorough and listened to my input about what worked and didn’t work for me in medications. They have played a huge part in me getting my life back. I am currently MAT program (Springdale location) and also 5 years ago I completed a program they had for mothers who struggled with addiction (Lafollette location). They have always been very understanding and you can tell they aren’t there to judge from the bottom of their heart they want to make a difference. This place is absolute garbage. If you're having an emergency or expecting to get meds adjusted or new meds it won't happen on the first visit. You won't even see a doctor the first visit .
I desperately need my medicine filled badly since I been without it they're leaving me no choice but to do a three day intake. Makes no sense why I can't get in until two weeks later while their staff goes on vacation.
