Once you start you won't be able to stop! I came to the box just having finished my first half ironman and I was still challenges by the strength training and WODs. That being said the beauty comes in being encouraged to work where YOU are and that varies by person and workout. If you are looking for a great community, great coaches and an exercise regime that will change you in powerful ways look no further!
I joined when I was almost 50. I thought I would never be able do the work outs. I couldn't even jog half a block. Then I met the most encouraging group of people that quickly became like my family. in my second year I ran a 5 every month and did a sprint marathon. I have been with crossfit three years and I still love it.
I love this place. It's a very welcoming atmosphere, and the workouts are always challenging - yet doable for any level. No better place to work out!
Love McMinnville crossfit! Best work out I have ever been a part of. I really believe I had an easy pregnancy because of crossfit. I continued to work out thru it all and so happy I stuck with it.
