RecommendedWe have been going for over a year now and love the atmosphere. The coaches and other members are so welcoming. Family oriented and understanding to everyones individual exercise goals.
This is a very healthy place to be for your mind and body! As soon as you step in the gym you’re family. It’s a great place to make new friends that have the same fitness motivation that you do, and everyone shape or size is welcomed with warm hearts and open arms! I thought going in that the atmosphere would be like a high school varsity gym. It’s totally not. I ride the struggle bus almost every session, and everyone has been encouraging and supportive. I’m so thankful that I am a part of IMUA.
Listen, if you want to maximize your time trying to maintain or improve your fitness, this is the place for you. Such great people and coaches! For real, anyone can modify the workouts and still get a great workout. Give them a shot!
Mcminnville Crossfit is more than just a gym. The coaches are amazing and so encouraging to workout with. Since I joined I have dropped 36 lbs and changed my body composition. I cant recommend a better family to join. We do the workouts together and that builds a bond we all share.
I have grown so much in my fitness and friendships at McMinnville Crossfit. But JP and Cyra have gone the extra mile for me personally and for our community. They have modified and scaled workouts for the last 8 months for me while I’ve been working through a shoulder issue, always with patience, knowledgeable and helpful feedback, a positive attitude, and encouragement. The wonderful community and atmosphere the Coaches and owners have built at this particular box is very welcoming and feels like family from day 1. They have cheered me on though a complete lifestyle change in fitness, fully equipping and encouraging me to go further than I ever though possible. All coaches are very knowledgeable and always willing to go above and beyond to help me achieve my next goal.
I joined CrossFit almost 2 years ago overweight, in those 2 years all the coaches have worked with me modifying my workouts. I couldn't ask for a better environment, we're a family that motivates and supports each other
