A month in and I'm loving it! Great group of people and excellent trainers.
McMinnville Crossfit is great. I am overweight and not in very good shape and I was worried that I would hurt myself or be unable to do the work outs. But JP is awesome at working with you, setting personal goals, making sure you don't hurt yourself, and teaching you modified methods that are within your reach. I am in about 8 weeks in and all my fears have been set aside. Thank you Cyra and JP for helping me get fit.
Awesome owners and a team like experience! Although it's an individual workout the trainers and the members equally are on your side. Hope I can continue to learn and grow in this box.
I love It here. It's so awesome to be around other people who are encouraging and fun. Crossfit is addicting! You never get bored because there are always things to challenge yourself with. The strength I have gained both mentally and physically has been so empowering to me. Anyone at any fitness level can participate in Crossfit. Come try it out, you'll be glad you did!
The best place to workout in town! If you were an athlete in high school or college it's like going to a practice or being apart of a team again - if you weren't an athlete and are just looking to get in better shape this is the place to be. So important to lift weights and do cardio for a well rounded workout. MCF is for everyone! Try it!
