I love my doctor, Jennifer McMillan. However the office staff at Harrisburg family physician is a nightmare to deal with when you have a problem. The head office manager, that I won’t mention by name needs to have better training for herself and her staff. I was upset with a canceled appointment by the office and when I said “I want this fixed or I’ll have to do an ugly dance”. I was told I was being aggressive and made a threat. Dr. McMillian has been my PCP for over 30 years. She continues to provide outstanding service. I appreciate her and cannot think of a better person to leave a review for. Keep up the good work.
She’s been my family doctor for over 30 years! She’s been there for me thru all the traumas, surgeries, breast cancer, divorce and death of my parents. She’s always ready with a smile to greet you, discuss your issues and offer treatment and encouragement. I’m worried she’s retiring before I’m ready.
