4 adults came last Friday. After 1/2 hour we flagged down hostess who finally brought us water. After 45 min a waitress finally came. Food arrived 1 and 1/2 hours after sitting down. Not acceptable!!!
We came in really close to closing time. The staff were really nice. They got our drinks and food in a timely manner. The food was excellent.
Just went there this evening with my daughter and we both got sick within a couple hours of eating the food. I think the ketchup may have made us sick. It was gross and warm like it perhaps spoiled in the heat today. Both of us had burgers and tots. Other possibilities would be the apple juice was growing something because it was also not served cold.
Tried out the new pub today and will NOT be returning. We waited 45 minutes for our lunch in a half empty restaurant. My fish and chips were cold. The fish was frozen fish strips. Since when do you use frozen anything? The Caesar salad was worse than from a bag at the grocery store. It was dry with no dressing or cheese. Didn’t know we’d be waiting 45+ min for food, asked the waiter half hour in and she said just a minute or so..gave it 18 more mins and walked out with my family really hungry...trusty ole Wendy’s saved us though
I’ve been frequenting Cedar Hills Pub for over a decade and this new pub is not good. First, all the food selections are over priced. Second, gone is the tuna salad sandwich and regular pub foods for more expensive, small portion options. Service was average at best. Went in to try new location and there many empty seats so we were thinking this will be perfect timing for service/food. Then the Hostess said min 45 min wait just for food even after being seated...yeah we left, along with multiple other people that arrived at same time. Really for a burger and tots??? Wow!
