Absolutely the best service and parts department in the area! After fighting with a transmission problem for several days, I rolled into Mack of Rock Hill. Thinking the transmission was going to be a complete loss, the Manager Jeremy Haydt said kick your feet up, I got this! Let me tell you, he did not disappoint. The technicians in the shop knew exactly how to get me fixed. Communication through the entire process was top notch. This team will treat you and your truck with first class service. 10/10
