HE deserves O stars. I purchased a new home and requested the policy to be canc. on the old home and new policy to go in effect 8/20/2025 well that NEVER happened. I even called him from my car after closing to let him know I did close on the new home. Could not figure out why new policy was so expensive and called him again to check on the price the told me well cost have gone up and everyone seems to be taking a hit. Everything is all good with this insurance except for unexpected charges due to not adding the new vehicle at the time of purchase. So fyi don’t rely on the 1-800 number if you buy a vehicle during holiday sales or weekend. They will not relay to your local insurance office and they will charge you back pay. Yea sounds a lil illegal.
