The first time I was seen at this facility (McLeod Orthopedics, one part of a hugely flawed organization I have had the misfortune to deal with from a GP and ER perspective in recent years), I felt they were impersonal and unhelpful. The PT services they provide are great, however they overbilled me by thousands, will not take responsibility for it, and claim they are going to review it. After 3 months of fighting with them I'm going to seek legal advice on how to get them to fix their error.
