Their call center was never able to call me back to schedule an appointment but going there in person felt better as they were able to respond to me, complete my registration and schedule an appointment on the spot.
Went to get a screening done at 12 for a new job. Was told the people I needed were all on lunch still until 1 and to return then so I waited until 1. When I went back in at 1 they told us they stop doing the escreening at 11am (not what their sign, the front desk, or the escreening website said) and said I can just come back next week. While I was there at least two other people were turned away, one of which had been told the same thing at the front desk and was waiting in the parking lot like me.
Went to take a preemployment drug screening here. Took less than 10 minutes to take me back, and I was very happy about the swift service. The woman gave me instructions about what I needed to do to properly give the sample, and I gave my sample. As soon as she looks at it she tells me she needs more pee in the cup. I was confused because my sample was well over the fill line she had shown me prior.
