I went in with 10 year old pot filler innards. They knew the brand immediately (I didn't ) they found everything I need. Put it together for me. I tried Home Depot for their "big selection". The difference is service and expertise! And they have some of everything!
It's became tradition to go during the tree sale to pick up our tree. Always well organized, people are always helpful and friendly. Can't wait to do it again this year. �

They are so helpful! I went in to get a part for a lamp and Mark fixed it for me right on the spot.
I went there to get washer for a leaking bathtub faucet. Steve of McLendon Woondinville went above and beyond explaining how it should work and he helped to remove the faucet cover that got stuck and I couldn't find a way to remove it. Thank you Steve & McLendon, really appreciate your customer service. This is a difference between big box store and McLendon.

Creepy vibe inside. Asked two male clerks for help and they actually laughed in my face. My third trip there and its been uncomfortable every time. Won't return.
