wouldn't allow me to come inside the store to get what I needed to fix a leak. because I don't wear a mask because of my medical condition. never going back and hope they close down permanently.

Today, I had another customer yelled at me because she was in a hurry and wanted to jump the line while I was talking to the staff for less than 1 minute. The staff stop her and told her she should not yall at me and be mean. This is the best customer service I ever have. Thank you, McLendon!

That means that at least 6 McLendon Hardware's Employees are CARRYING COVID-19 and deliberately infecting their customers! How can they be so IRRESPONSIBLE? Renton McLendon Hardware is a dangerous place and a PUBLIC NUISANCE! DO NOT GO THERE!

To be honest I’d avoid them at this time. There appear to be little to no precautions in place and their parking lot was full today when I stopped by. Maybe it’s a different story inside but people just didn’t seem to care one or the other in the parking lot.
RecommendedHuge "shout out" to the plumbing dept for their wonderful help in helping me find the right parts for a generic shower faucet. The hot water is running again!!! ;>)
The aisles are small, poorly lit, and badly marked, staff is impossible to find, and even when you can get help they usually don't have what you need. Since they opened I've spent maybe a hundred bucks here when I get lucky and find what I'm looking for by the door, but the rest of the thousands of dollars I've spent on hardware in that time has gone to Lowe's or Home Depot because I can actually find what I need. The only reason I kept trying is because it saved me a few extra miles, but honestly there's no point in coming ... read more
