this is the sorriest trash service that I have done business with. they are a ripe off and don't mind screwing you out of a pick up for trash or taking your money. I will personally be reporting them to the local better business bureau.
This company is the worse I have ever used the office ladies do NOT know what the other is doing . One was a nice one was a cheating lying ugly person than god I have paper work that shows they are in the wrong going to Better business bureau to see what my options are stay away from this so called company and the lying cheating person that works in office
they charged my card because of what someone else owed and wouldn't give me my money back. 😡😡😡 Also the lady that answers the phone was rude as hell! whoever gets trash dont get it here. worse place ever!
I've been in my home a little over 2 months... so this is my first experience with your garbage service. Every week when your men "pick up" the trash, they leave trash everywhere! The trash will fall out the truck or the cans and they won't even pick it up! It can't be a simple oversight, because it's not just one or two pieces...EVERY Wednesday, my street is riddled with trash. It's ridiculous! Please talk to your men ASAP!
They could learn how to keep books, Have been paying ahead for a year , they cut service (which was bad to start with) said I hadn't paid, They sent me a copy of something they called a statement, there was 4 payments this year , received before 10days and Late charge e I will never use them again nor will I recommend it.There are complaints all up and down my street.
