I have paid my bill up until December.... my trash has not been picked up for Two weeks.... I called to tell the office about it and the girl who answered the phone... screams at me telling me my pick up days and I’m trying to tell her that it’s running over and that I don’t want to be billed for the extra ... she cusses me out and hangs up in my face... the worst service ever😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡

Not all staff is rude but the one lady I talked to was so horrible and told me that all this was my fault. I have worked in customer service my whole life and the number one rule is “the customer is always right” now I know that isn’t always the case, but you don’t tell a paying customer over the phone that it is all their fault. My garbage has not been picked up on 2 weeks, rude staff when i tried to call they hung up on me several times and now wont answer my calls would never recommend them to anyone
We prepaid 2 months, they did not pick up our trash or respknd to phone calls or emails. who knows if we will get a refund.
Office staff is always friendly when I have to call for anything.
After we forgot to pay my parents service .. we contacted Jimmy and explained what happened .. our daddy went to be with our Lord and Savior on July 9, 2020 .. Service was immediately reinstated.. thank you all very much
