Delivery person failed to deliver flowers to me, attempted to demand that my busy coworkers deliver the flowers, and left them with the hospital volunteer staff without notifying me or the sender that flowers needed to be picked up. Almost ruined a very romantic gesture by my husband. When I called to notify the owner that my flowers were missing, I was yelled at and hung up on multiple times. Owner's daughter does deliveries, extremely unprofessional and lies to owner regarding deliveries.
